Resilient Recovery
Join me for this FREE talk—Resilient Recovery: Embracing Flexibility, Support, and Harm Reduction for Lasting Change.
Hi all!
I am giving a FREE talk tomorrow evening (4/3/25), at 5 PM PT/ 8 PM ET, for the organization Other Parents Like Me — “the nation’s largest, most accessible online community designed exclusively for parents of teens and young adults struggling with mental health challenges.”
Tomorrow night’s talk covers my journey from adolescent heroin addiction to 22 years of recovery in Resilient Recovery: Embracing Flexibility, Support, and Harm Reduction for Lasting Change. I'll discuss how support systems, therapy, and harm reduction were crucial to maintaining recovery and why compassionate, adaptable approaches are key to lasting change. Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about finding what works and building a life that feels worth staying sober for.
Register for FREE to join my talk and receive a complimentary Other Parents Like Me newsletter. The newsletter features a variety of resources, including blogs, articles, and podcasts.

I was searching for a different Erin and this stack shows up. Just when I need it, of course. I’m taking advantage of doors that are opening. Serendipity. I’m only sorry I missed the presentation. But following- with gratitude
